Of course, it’s not just going to slide in neatly. Some categories will need to adjust more than others. There’s only so much time in a day, and my family comes first. However, it’s important not to lose site of making personal time for yourself. It’s important that I not only achieve work life balance, but also balance in my time spent away from work.
